- Contact Us – Tell us a little about what you’re looking for (a pop-up experience, a birthday party, or a fundraiser for your organization). Our booking form takes less than two minutes and helps us come prepared with exactly what you need.
- Iron Out the Details – Once we receive your form, we will get back to you within 48 hours to confirm details, answer your questions, and lock in your date.
- Enjoy the Unforgettable – You don’t need to lift a finger. We show up with the full hat bar: customization station, branded backdrop, AGffirmations cards, books, merchandise, and all the Cowgirl Camryn magic. You focus on your people. We handle everything else.

The Grits Hat Bar travels! When we pull up, we bring the whole experience with us. Our branded, photo-ready hat bar sets up at rodeos, fairs, school events, festivals, and community celebrations. Participants choose their hat style (cowgirl or trucker), build out their look at the customization bar, strike a pose at our photo backdrop, and walk away with something completely theirs.
It’s the kind of moment kids talk about on the drive home and parents can’t stop photographing.
